There is no fee to sign up! Our contract is a NO-OBLIGATION contract that simply allows us to get all of the paperwork out of the way to ensure there are no delays when the need arises.
When you sign up for our services, you have our full-time recruiters scouting new employees for you on a regular basis! We do all the advertising, interviewing, collecting and verifying of health screenings, transcripts, employment histories and fingerprint background checks for you. Then, when you place your order, we'll sift through our sub pool to find the employees meeting the exact qualifications you've requested. All the work is done for you. All you need to do is add your facility information to their transfer form (provided by us) and forward it to licensing.
We know our employees are only with you temporarily in most cases, but that doesn't mean you should accept less than top quality. Other agencies may boast about being the "fastest growing temp agency in the field" but we here at California Staffing prefer to focus on quality rather than numbers. We would never impose quotas on our recruiters like some agencies do. If weeding out more applicants than our competitors means we're growing at a slower rate, that's a sacrifice we're willing to make. On-Call & Long-Term
Our on-call and long-term services allow you to offer your permanent staff the peace of mind of knowing they can rest when sick or tend to their own family emergencies when needed without having to worry about leaving their classroom understaffed. As former childcare providers ourselves, we understand first-hand the pressures of balancing family responsibilities and work responsibilities.
We know that good teachers are often so dedicated to their students that the fear of chaos when absent will force them to work through their own illnesses or keep them from being available to tend to their family's needs. We also know the unfavorable repercussions that can result from such choices like spreading illness to students or even burn-out. It's our goal to be able to eliminate the need for any center to have to choose between burning out good employees, turning away students, using poor quality agencies, facing hefty fines, or even having their licenses taken away for not meeting state mandated ratios.
Our permanent placement assistance can save you hundreds of dollars a year! Often even with just one order! Our one-time placement fee is little more if not less then you would pay just to advertise your opening in a local newspaper.

Just like with our temporary services, all you need to do for permanent placement is fill out the contract, place your order then sit back while we sift through our sub pool to send you our top candidates. Then you have three options for hiring.
- You can interview as many candidates as you like, make your selection, pay a one-time placement fee and the employee transfers to your payroll immediately, or...
- You can schedule a "working interview" for your top selections where you use them as substitutes for a day to see them each in action, or...
- You may use our temp-to-perm option where you make your selection but continue to use the employee as a substitute for a period of 1,000 hours (approximately 6 months) and upon completion of those hours, the substitute transfers to your payroll with NO PLACEMENT FEE!
